Navigate to: Settings > AI tab (Admin only)

The AI Control Center lets administrators manage AI features across FlowQMS.

Feature Toggles

Enable or disable AI capabilities per module:

• Form Assist — AI suggestions for form fields (NCR descriptions, risk descriptions, etc.)
• Knowledge Assist — AI-powered Q&A about your quality data

Token Quota

• View current AI token usage
• Set monthly token limits to control costs
• View usage statistics and trends

Additional Controls

• Clear AI conversation history
• Configure AI model preferences
