Header Bar

The header bar runs across the top of every page and provides quick-access actions.

Search Bar (Desktop)

• A wide search bar is displayed in the center of the header
• Shows the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+K as a hint
• Click the search bar or press Ctrl+K to open the search

Action Icons (Right Side)

From left to right:

1. Search icon (mobile only) — Opens the search on small screens
2. Notification Bell — Shows your notifications with an unread count badge (see Notifications)
3. Help icon (desktop only) — Access to help resources
4. Theme Toggle — Switch between light and dark themes (see Dark Mode)
5. User Avatar — Opens a dropdown menu with:
   • Your name and email
   • Profile — View/edit your profile
   • Settings — Go to organization settings
   • Theme — Light / Dark / System buttons
   • Logout — Sign out of FlowQMS
