Creating Your Account
To start using FlowQMS, you need to create an account and set up your organization.
Step-by-Step Signup
- Open your browser and navigate to the FlowQMS application URL
- On the login page, click the "Sign up" link below the login form
- Fill in the signup form:

| Organization Name | The name of your company or organization (min. 2 characters) | Yes |
| Full Name | Your first and last name (min. 2 characters) | Yes |
| Your work email address (must be a valid email) | Yes | |
| Password | Choose a strong password (min. 8 characters) | Yes |
| Confirm Password | Re-type your password to confirm (must match) | Yes |
- Click the "Create Account" button
- A confirmation message appears asking you to check your email
- Open your email inbox and click the verification link in the email from FlowQMS
- After verification, you are automatically logged in and redirected to the Onboarding Wizard
Note: If you were invited to an existing organization by an admin, you will receive an invitation email instead. Click the link in that email to set your password and join the organization — you will skip the signup form.
Already Have an Account?
If you already have an account, click the "Sign in" link on the signup page to go back to the login page.
