Settings — Notifications
Navigate to: Settings > Notifications tab (all roles)
Configure your notification preferences — choose which events you want to be notified about and how.
For each event type, you can toggle:
- In-App — Notification appears in the notification bell in the header
- Email — Notification is sent to your email address
Common notification events include:
- Document submitted for review
- Document approved/rejected
- NCR assigned to you
- NCR stage changed
- Audit scheduled
- Training event scheduled
- Change request submitted for approval
- KPI threshold breached
