Settings — Notifications

Navigate to: Settings > Notifications tab (all roles)

Configure your notification preferences — choose which events you want to be notified about and how.

For each event type, you can toggle:

  • In-App — Notification appears in the notification bell in the header
  • Email — Notification is sent to your email address

Common notification events include:

  • Document submitted for review
  • Document approved/rejected
  • NCR assigned to you
  • NCR stage changed
  • Audit scheduled
  • Training event scheduled
  • Change request submitted for approval
  • KPI threshold breached
